As a Barnard mom in the graduation audience during this address, I felt enormous gratitude to Abby for giving this rousing and important speech to our daughters! Proud to have my grad be part of Wombach's 2018 wolf pack!

I can't possibly like this enough. I've read it, I've watched it, and I still can't get through it without crying. On behalf of women -- and humanity -- everywhere, thank you, Abby. This is one of the most inspiring, motivating, and amazing speeches I've ever heard. BRAVA.

have always admired you. I just spent a two-and-a-half week stent in the hospital with a brain infection. Had two brain surgeries in a biopsy. Now I'm walking around with with wonky eyes still being able to see in color but what is most important is your speech. I played it over and over in the hospital. To hear you my hero speak of equality for all gave me something to fight for. I can never thank you for the bottom of my heart the how much this meant to me. I loved it so much I put it on one of my playlist which I do by monthly called there are two wolves. It is now helping a friend of mine and rehab. You Are my superhero I believe in you

Wonderful lesson. This is the first time I have really understood that maybe why women don’t seem to support other women is because if they take the only seat at the table there might not be a place for us. It’s time we support each other so that the first one who sits down will save the next empty seat for one of the women who supported her. And so the pack grows!

I heard another women speak on "The pay gap". That related to the roles women choose as in the non dirty, dangerous jobs that recduce there earning capacity. Also how women's sport does not generate the money that men's sport does and this accounts for the pay gap? Interesting perspective from a women....

Why weren't champion athletes of the Special Olympics honored in the ESPYs as Abby was?They too did not have to compete with elite men's athletes in their sports. Abby's excellence is recognized only because she stayed on the very defined path of women's sports. You are a top wolf as long as you compete with only the bitches of the pack. And that, Abby, is why you don't have Kobe and Peyton's bank accounts.

She earned more money than the mens team and still complained she wasn't being paid fairly. This is do to the choice that was made by her and the team for their contract. They were offered the exact same contract and denied it for the other.

Another emotionally wounded person...who grew up lost ...and is now telling young women leaving college that they are not Little Red Riding Hood in the fairy tale...but that they are the Wolf in the story!.. The wolf that ate the grandmother and tried to kill little red riding hood.... Hurt people...turn into angry, hostile people when they don't get help! This poor woman is so lost....she doesn't even consider the fact that the wolf in the story is a cold blooded murderer who uses cunning and deceit to trap, and kill innocent victims. She also destroyed the morale of the story in her speech. Little Red Riding Hood is about the dangers that lurk and wait for us to venture from the path of righteousness.... I pray that this woman gets the help she desperately needs!

They have man-hating dog whistles, too? Recycling a self-important Obama line like “we are the ones we are waiting for” doesn’t help these kids, and they are kids. The “glass ceiling” was shattered decades ago. Women are in leadership positions the world over, in and out of government, and still kids have to sit and listen to this crap?
@supportteam68086 жыл бұрын
That is ABSOLUTELY not what she was talking about!!! Pointing out the insanity of a statement isn't trolling! You are the one who needs to listen to her speech and not what you think she meant! The reference to her and the other girls not being Little Red Riding Hood but the Wolf clearly..beyond a doubt...makes her point clear. You need to stop trying to defend the indefensible!
