This is exactly what It’s like!!!! I’ve had depression and anxiety my entire life so I’ve constantly had to fight to be “normal” and not show fear etc and with the pandemic I’m just continuing my life as usual while everyone is finally on my level of panic 😂

In the spiritual world we call this "the conditioning". Waking up to your natural self.. "untaming" is releasing limited beliefs, aka the societal narrative of who we should be!!. We aren't "good enough" no matter what we choose. If we don't go to college, if we choose to stay home with our children, if we don't stay home with our children, our looks are never good enough, ughhhh it's just exhausting.

Interesting. I am interested in the religion part. Probably aimed at folks raised in Christianity, but might apply to folks raised Hindu, Muslim or any other religion. All societies consider it essential to raise a child to believe in one or many deities. And currently there are those who believe in crystals. Folks may leave religion but still cannot leave the ideas behind religion, so they adopt other nouns. Spiritual. The leap to rational seems a leap too far.

These two women, are brilliant. They are truly intellectuals. But I prefer my traditional values, or Christianity. My traditional values as a Christian. Keeps my sanity. In the world filled with frivolity, and hopelessness. Paragraph their intellectual arguments, so absolutely plausible. But they cannot stand up in the real world. Maybe I need to be re-educated. But then again I don’t need to. I’m already educated with the truth.
