Thanks so much for this! I found a poor lady in a parking lot trying to unfold one of these for her 1.5 yo niece. She just had that desperate look of need on her face. I stopped and asked if I could help and I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t unfolding either. So we searched it, and up popped your video. She knew to press the buttons, but not about the hook. We weee jumping up and down and cheering in the Barnes and Noble parking lot. 13 seconds in, and your video saved her from first time Aunty-babysitter failure. Woohoo!!

Thanks for the video! The instructions are trash in explaining how to collapse it. After some practice, it takes roughly 20 seconds to both unpack/pack!
