Once folded, the handlebar seem to be touching the ground. Will this wear out overtime? Or is there rubber stops like on the cruz v2 so that the handlebar doesn’t get damaged?

Handlebar does hit the ground and gets damaged really fast. I’ve been using mine for 6 weeks and it is allready really scratched

I know you don't like wheeled boards in general, but I see some of the strollers on your Buyer's Guide don't list a wheeled board on the "things to avoid" - implying they could handle a wheeled board. However, on this stroller you note to avoid the wheeled board for this one. Can you share why? I hoped that with the all-terrain capabilities, this stroller would have a good suspension and frame to support a board. I'm struggling to find a stroller for my new baby that can occasionally accommodate my 52lb 3.5yo. The riding board seems to be the only option for us, so I'm hunting for a stroller that can accommodate the Lascal Buggy Board (without weighing down the stroller too much, and fitting my tall child on the back of the stroller), plus a comfortable ride for my baby, and one that's easy to maneuver on bumpy sidewalks, along with bassinet and world/parent facing options like traditional strollers. Do you have another stroller suggestion? Or more wisdom on why the board isn't recommended on the Fox 5? Thanks!!

@@asmaebouzid3265 @ we got the fox 5 and love it for walking around our neighborhood and being in the park (it is really durable and goes easily over so many surfaces - we were basically hiking through trails in prospect park with it and our baby napped through the bumps) I haven’t tried to take it on the subway yet (our station is inaccessible). Will likely use the butterfly (which we got as our travel stroller) when we need to go on the subway since it’s soooooo light.

Thank you for the video. We've got the Fox 5 and just changed from bassinet to seat configuration. Assembly wasn't too challenging but the incline adjustment is incredibly difficult to the point my partner can't do it and I feel like I'm about to snap the grey plastic piece when I pull it far enough to enable the seat to actually move/recline. Is it broken? Or was yours similar when you first started using it? I'm talking about the grey level you have to bend to allow the seat to be laid flat.

I’m due in September and my little toddler will be 2. I have my eye on the Bugaboo Donkey, but I don’t want to buy it anytime soon if they’re going to revamp any features the way they recently did with the Fox. Do you think the Donkey is next?

I haven't heard anything about a Donkey revamp (it doesn't need it in any case), but most new stroller launches happen in the Spring, so it might be worth waiting if you can, just in case. :)

which one did you go for? I'm also torn between the Fox (maybe even the Cub version) and the PP Veloce Town & Country (as the Veloce is less all-terrain for our needs) and just can't make a decision.

Right on. :) A little bit of lubrication a couple times a year is the most important thing, as well as cleaning out the brake system and wheel housings after the winter if you live somewhere where it snows and they use salt on the roads. Hi, The fox has a two-wheel mode for rough terrain. I see videos all over instagram with people climbing stairs with this model. But in the instructions it says not to do so with the child in the seat (I think). Is it safe so climb stairs with the child in the seat with this model?? Or even with a loaded underbasket?

Bugaboo probably has this warning primarily for child-safety / corporate liability reasons, but I know from talking to people that a lot of parents do use the 2-wheel mode this way. In terms of child-safety, I would say just judge each situation separately for whether you feel it will be safe. From a stroller wear point of view, it's always better to carry your stroller down the stairs if it's not too much trouble, and you definitely shouldn't do this once your child is bigger and heavier in my opinion. In reality many parents opt for climbing the stairs going up or jumping them with the stroller going down, as the strollers are too heavy for them to carry. Could you please do a video on which strollers are easiest to transport this way and which would last the longest :-)? Especially the L-frame strollers like Nuna Tavo. 🥰

Unfortunately I have the butterfly for about 5 months now and the frame has been terribly scratched up..The fox5 has exactly the same material on the front that says bugaboo.I love this stroller I wanted to buy it for my second baby but I’m afraid it will scratch easily..Am I right??

I’m also interested in a comparison between the 2! I live in nyc, don’t have a car, we walk everywhere but sidewalks are decent enough. Building has elevator so not really worried with folding. 90% of the strollers i see in street are vista though

@@nancyreeis Cruz v2 has been awesome. It's a little big, but it plows through almost any terrain comfortably while keeping baby snug and safe. It can also be used to run!
