In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access the guide (in addition to our 4-part video series on Choosing the Right Stroller for your Lifestyle, and other helpful content), as well as contact us directly on Patreon: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 These materials are also available via channel membership on KZbin: www.youtube.com/@BarnevognverkstedNo/membership , and BuyMeaCoffee: buymeacoffee.com/thestrollerworkshop

I would love to see a review of the best tandem double strollers from the perspective of actually wanting the stroller for both seats as opposed to using it as a single. Curious to see if the Demi grow beats vista in that case.
@BarnevognverkstedNo2 жыл бұрын
We're planning a 2-child video like this in the future. :) Between the Demi Grow and the Vista it's a toss-up for 2 kids. I personally prefer the maneuverability of a rear-loaded model over the loss of basket-space, but then this depends a lot on where you live. :)

I enjoy your videos so much! I don't really know why but I just LOVE strollers! And I have to say, your videos helped me chose more then once which stroller I should or shouldn't get next 😂😁👍🏻 I'm a realistic doll creator and collector from Switzerland, and I like to take the dolls out to show them to people and make them known! By doing it I can fulfill my love for strollers 😂 I currently have a Cybex Gazelle S as all the down points you talked about don't affect my use of the stroller that much and I just love the design and huge basket! ☺️ But I must admit I sometime struggle with the "giggling" of the from wheels if I go to fast... As you said it might happend in your review of the model 😅 Again, thank your for all your content! It's just amazing ☺️

Hi, I have an 18 month old and another on the way. We are going to Europe this summer with our 18 month old and looking for a lightweight travel stroller that would handle different terrains best(I realize no travel stroller will perform like an all terrain stroller). We are looking at the joolz Aer, uppababy minu V2 and the babyzen yoyo2. We currently have a Thule jogging stroller and an uppababy vista. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated! This can be an overwhelming process!

One pro that noone talks about with those big bulky retro strollers is how much space babies have and parents dont need to buy additional pieces or another bigger stroller. Also if sou choose good one, they manouver pretty easily. I have one 30 years old and all members of family were raised in it or raised their children in it.

MORE TWIN strollers PLEASE!!! My wife & I SERIOUSLY NEED A GOOD, STRONG, FOLDABLE TWIN stroller 4 EVERYDAY use! Our boy/girl TWINS R fix'n 2 turn 1 yr. in February, tho they R NOT overly large babies, we'd like 2 get a TWIN stroller tht folds well & has GOOD wheels NOT snap in types ( where the center hub tends 2 break & can NO longer snap wheel on unit)

What are your thoughts on Phil and Teds inline tandem strollers? I've been looking into getting either the latest Sport or Dash model, however I see a lot of mixed reviews about previous models regarding the quality of the strollers and how well they hold up over time. And to make matters worse, there are many negative reviews online about how poor Phil and Teds customer service and warranties are, so that makes me even less interested in investing so much into their strollers. I like the design of Phil and Teds tandems because of how small their footprints are and how compact they fold compared to other tandems. I also don't plan on using the double mode for too long, but appreciate the option to use an infant car seat and second seat for my toddler. I live in a cold climate, so being able to maneuver through snow and ice is important too.

Which small sized stroller would you recommend as a major every day stroller for 0+? Or is there a mid sized stroller that is not too big of a hassle for traveling for long time? We share our time between 3 countries (2 in Europe, have to fly) spending approx same time in them. We plan to fly first time already at baby’s 2-3 months (may-June, still basinet), we move next every 3-4 months, so buying a full size stroller in each of 3 countries and then a 4th travel one seems excessive. Trying to find a good model that could act as an every day stroller from 0+ while also not being toooo complicated to fly with (we do have a car in all 3 countries, no snow in 2 of them at all) and which chassis can act as a base for a car seat. Would be great to get a recommendation if possible)

Far too late I read this, but I'd really really recommend babywearing for this case... How did you decide in the end?
@beloved4lady2 жыл бұрын
@@vergisses7535 we went for Uppababy Cruz V2 + Cybex Cloud Z car seat (adapters needed). Overall we are happy with the choice, I wouldn’t change it. Baby is 5 months now and we had 2 flights already - what we did is put a car seat on wheels, car seat than went onboard the plane (it fit to the upper locker where it was in the first flight, and on the seat the 2nd time). And Basinet we checked-in (uppababy sells a special travel bag for it which also gives insurance). And so far so good 😊 no complains at this point. It’s light, fits easily into our cars, folds not with 1 arm but easily, while also being great on the road, easy to maneuver
@beloved4lady2 жыл бұрын
@@vergisses7535 oh for some reason our baby wasn’t fond of baby wearing:( she would cry the moment I put her in carrier:( was a waste of money in our case, but you never know. She also hated being swaddled or sleeping bags. Only now she starts to be ok if we put her with her face out not for long. But for flight would be a disaster in our case😁

If we dont have big space and have a car and planning to have a 2 child in the future would you recommend uppababyvista still? which one would be better. Thank you
@BarnevognverkstedNo3 жыл бұрын
That depends on other factors as well like terrain and so on, but I wouldn't usually recommend getting a tandem just because you plan on a second child within a given time-period, as you never know exactly how life will work out and if your children have a tight age-gap, then you'll be better off with a side-by-side model. I recently did some consultation-work with a manufacturer, who said that only about 10% of people who buy their tandem model ever wind up getting the second seat. :)

Would you recommend the mountain buggy duet? I live in the city and take public transportation. Newborn and a 20-month-old.
@lisettebarajas91182 жыл бұрын
I almost decided on the mountain buggy, what at stopped me was the fold, it is not one handed. Since I have stairs and run errands solo with my toddler I need something easy to fold and unfold. I chose the Zoe Traveler (the trip is a great option too) and the Contours Itzy Bitzy stroller. I use both daily and traveled with them by myself. Both held up well. If one handed fold is not a big deal then the The Mountain Buggy Nano is a good option.

Where does the maclaren techno xt fit in?
@BarnevognverkstedNo3 жыл бұрын
The Techno (and all umbrella strollers pretty much) would classify as small-sized daily models. I personally think the umbrella-design is uncomfortable to use and outdated though, made a video about it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m4icgnZurNiso5o
