I live in the area and went to check out the community. It's beautiful. My children were with me and we decided to go see the parks. We were the only people there. Not even 2 minutes there the elderly security guard pulled up in golf cart and asked us to leave. My kids were sad. I guess he's doing his job. We don't live there, yet.

Yep, they are very proactive in ensuring the amenities are used only by residents. I guess thats a good thing if you live there but a bit of annoyance if you just want to check the place out. I had to get a Day Pass to film this video..

It's a beautiful community but definitely out there aways if you have to commute to basically anywhere. We were looking here pretty seriously but just couldn't justify the added drive time. If you are able to work remotely say 60% of the time or more, this community would be an absolute paradise. The amenities are unmatched. The homes are quality. John, are there any incentives?

They do have incentives but as with all builders, they change often and without notice. And, you get better incentives on completed spec homes than on ground up purchases.
