Barney's Retelling of "Rapunzel!"

As a belated way to honor the memory of Phyllis Cicero, the woman known to many children as "Stella the Storyteller" on Barney, I thought I'd share this video of her as the witch in "Rapunzel," a fairy tale that was only told in "Once Upon A Time."
