the fact that he was able to jump around on one leg while singing a chorus and then still have enough stamina after to sing fire with near perfection proves he is the greatest artist of our generation

I've seen 5 concerts of him and he still hasn't sang one tone wrong. This guy should be Ed Sheeran level at least or bigger.

He should, and deserves it but if he does get that big I can't afford to see him anymore. That's happened to me with some of my favorite bands before and it sucks 😢

I saw him a few years ago at a little venue in Dallas called the Deep Ellum Art Company when he had just released his first album and let me tell you, his live performances are stunning. The mans is so full of passion and vigor that it's mind blowing. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you ever get a chance to. His tickets usually aren't too expensive either.

Okay so I figure he broke his leg earlier that day or night b4 (is it weird that I'm watching this from his new releases, yet also watching ff dg's broken leg tour & delayed glastonbury on another tab after seeing them on kc with jc, so is this a coll new thing now?), & I think we all knew she wasn't a real nurse in that outfit, but she had game for picking up his crutches after he kept throwing them down. Also, I thought lollapolooza was a bigger fest, closer to g'bury or woodstock
@walkeran35 жыл бұрын
It was actually quite a bit earlier.. he broke it in 5 places! This show was August 6th, 2017, and he had broken it jumping off stage at Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI nearly a month earlier. It didn't slow him down one bit, though -- didn't cancel any shows, and just kept on rocking. This performance blew my mind... it was definitely one of my favorite shows of the weekend, and the amount of energy coming from Barnes was tremendous, especially considering he was hobbling around on one foot. As for Lolla's size, this is just one of the 7 stages, and it was one of the first shows of the 4th day. This specific crowd was relatively small compared to a lot of the shows that are at any of the 4 main stages. Overall, I think Lollapalooza has been hitting about 115k per day, so it's a little bit smaller than Glastonbury. Since the grounds close over night, and festival-goers leave and come back, sometimes people will extrapolate and report that as ~400k over the course of 4 days, but that's a slightly misleading stat, IMHO.
