Awww thanks, so pleased you enjoyed it. I'd just bought Poppy 2 books she wanted and she was super happy but then was so excited she started to read them and ignore Faith so I had to remind Poppy that she can read at home but that Faith was only there for a bit 🤣🥰

Awesome accomplishment Miss Poppy! What a cool combination of memories for you Nicola. I'm so happy it was such a nice day and you all had smiles on your faces through that amazing park. I had to laugh when you mentioned history at school vs history in the Parks you visit. I am the same. Couldn't be bothered with it in school and just love knowing things about the places I visit. Finally, I say this with all the respect....you're a nut talking about your weekend of 2 or 3 or 4 marathons. What an inspiration! Great video!

I have been resting my injured knee for a week,after doing a 5 k in the Adidas Adiós Prime X I just bought. Everyone said they will protect you from injuries???? What happened,it's a mystery,am wary of them now.

I am truly honoured! Very different vibe between me and Al this week. His is high tension, mine is celebratory. Very different, hopefully both enjoyable 🤗🤞 Sorry to hear you're injured 😩 Hope you are back to full health soon! No shoe can protect you from injuries... Best thing is strength work, focus on core. Rest up and stretch 🤕
