Barnsley parkrun,

Saturday the 30rd March, running the Barnsley parkrun.
220th parkrun and 2nd at Barnsley.
2nd time at the Barnsley parkrun at Locke Park, so was a little bit more prepared for what was to come, but it was still tough.
Started close to the front again, and was able to get up to speed nice and easily and try to maintain an effort, if not pace.
It was a bit greasy underfoot after recent rain, so the grip was a bit reduced over what I would've liked, but was generally fine.
Not a fast time, but managed to take a chunk of time off over last time.
