Yes it is in a rare DVD called Judy Collins in Concert BBC 1973 with 5 other songs : Chelsea morning, Both sides now, The Hostage (not yet live on KZbin), Suzanne and Who knows where the time goes. This DVD is available on the internet but rare. Wonderful Judy Collins ! Best wishes,
