1] NEED TO TRACK DOWN FIRST AND ITS STEEP AND NOT ADVISABLE FOR OLD PEOPLE AND PERSON WITH KNEE PROBLEM. TRACK IS OF 10 MIN.
2] STATION IS BEAUTIFUL AND WELL MAINTAINED.
3] BAROG TUNNEL IS NICE TO SEE AND YOU WILL CONNECT TO THE PLACE SUDDENLY.
4] STATION IS HISTORIC WITH COTTAGE INSIDE TO STAY THERE.
5] TOTAL GREEN AND SOUND OF WATER IS AWSOME.
TOTAL TRIP WILL COST YOU AROUND 1000/- INCLUDING MEALS IN SHORT BREAKS. HOTEL CHARGES NOT INCLUDED.
WE RIDE OUR HONDA CB 350 WHICH GIVE US AN AVERAGE OF 29 IN TOTAL. SOUND OF EXHAUST WILL GIVE YOU A THUMPING FEELING WHILE TRAVELLING.

About food its actually just like any hill station , a bit on higher side. Regarding kids activity , they have terrace garden where children can enjoy. They have activity area as well where they have few swings where they can enjoy.

You have both the options. Either You can enjoy piece and tranquility by relaxing and enzoying hospitality or you can explore the nearby region of solan district, like mohan shakti park, jatoli temple, barog railway station, riva water fall, etc.

The best option would be to take the train from Kalka. It takes 2 hours only + you get to enjoy the scenic views on the way
