The polish used cavalry for making their troops faster , but don’t believe the myth of them charging tanks, they didn’t. Simple history did a video about polish cavalry btw

Gabin Chorein-Parisot Poland didn’t just use horses to move infantry faster. They had dedicated cavalry units but they didn’t charge tanks like propaganda says.

janusz krawczyk I am saying Poland had cavalry units that did fight while mounted. Dismounting was common and usually more effective but they still did cavalry charges, just not against tanks.

Dale Todd, I’m pretty sure that was the Battle of Mokra. Polish cavalry with anti tank rifles win that battle. It is still incredible.

The Triebflügler is so darn cool design and actually existed. There was an actual test flight, but it was extreme dangerous to fly, especially starting and landing maneuvers.

The polish actually did have some good tanks that could even match up to the German ones at their time, but with the polish tanks being severely outnumbered there was no chance for them to make a big dent in the war

I hope that the game makes the battle of Monte Cassino. You play as the countries that fought in it but when you win as Poland you raise the polish flag ( it happened). Fun fact the poles actually had some victories in 1939. Orlik literally destroyed three tanks with a cannon of the TKS Tankette. After they were exiled the poles fought in may major battles and won most of them.

Loved the video man, keep it up! Also, the Panzer III's were used in France for the other part of the Blitzkrieg, the tank recovery vehicle is a Bergepanther so it should be near the panther tank, and play a battle where the Germans have 10 panzer III's, 4 panzer IV's, 6 Stug III's, 4 anti-tank guns, 4 Flak 38's, 4 BS-3's, 60 riflemen and 4 Ju-88's and 4 Bf-110's, whereas the Russians have only 12 Bt-7's, 3 T-34's, 66 riflemen and 4 Lagg-3's and 2 Il-2's.

ATR: anti tank rifle Pz38t had a cannon The polish were using polish equipment not British or Russian (except the QF 25 pd) Also the 7TP was superior to the panzers at the time, they just didn’t have many Also those weren’t British transports, they were polish Tanketts (a very light version of a tank, only slightly better than a armored car) Long story short you gotta catch up on your tanks/history friend.

The Japanese type 94 Tankette probably had the smallest caliber weapon of any ww2 tank (6.5mm MG). They were tiny tanks weighing less than three and a half tons.

17:40 you died to an anti-tank rifle because infantry in TTS is insanely powerful against armor. Grenades can 3 hit super heavy tanks, and sticky grenades can do even better. When the blue bar of a tank is gone, it can also be killed by small arms.

Most polish tanks weren't really tanks, but tankettes! It's basically just a smaller and easier tank to operate that requires less people and likely has a higher speed than normal tanks.

On the topic of polish tanks. They weren't really bad. 7TP's Were easily on par with Panzer 2's (Most Panzer 1's were just armed with 7 mm machineguns so they aren't even on the table). Panzer 3's were better armed and armored but not enough as to be immune to the 37 mm guns on the 7TPs. Panzer 4's at the time were purely armed with howitzers and acted as infantry support. Point being. 7TP was ok. What wasn't ok was its numbers with only about 133 of them and maybe a dozen or so of the up armored 9TP. Plus another 550 tankettes that were mostly armed with machineguns (Some had 20 mm cannons that could wreck Panzer 1 and 2's however) That force was put against 2400 german tanks... and that's not even counting the air superiority the germans got almost from the get go. The only way polish armor wouldn't get dunked on is if all the tankettes suddenly transformed into KVs and the enteriety of german aviation suddenly decided to crash into the baltic sea.

The advantage the Germans had in the war was that the majority of their military was motorized making them very mobile and fast to deploy.

Most of the German division were actually infantry. Yes, they had a good bit of tanks and motorized/mechanized troops, but the vast majority was infantry. The problem with German industry is that they like to build A LOT of variants that offer little change to the vehicle’s combat capability, massively slowing down production.

Wait a minute: .. Why is the BS-3 field gun in the (Act 1) German Tech tree? That's a Soviet gun made in 1944. Same goes for the QF25 Mk.II being in the Polish hands in 1939, when it didn't see service in the British Empire forces (Canadian regiment) until 1940. Baron, hurry, write an angry letter to the devs! These factions have their own weapon designs to put into these spots.
