Baron, my dad is a huge modern military tactics buff. I showed him this series and he loves it. He feels that you should have more bunkers covering the chokepoints. For example, you could perhaps move your first bunker back at the little rock mountain and add another one. This would provide a lot more firepower to slow the attackers. Pls like so that he can see.

I'd love to see daily gunz up :) -Yes tombstones are where spawned veterans die. If a unit gains veteran during the battle and then dies they don't get a tombstone. -It is much better to focus fire behind the object you want to destroy because your troops will mow through that item and still get more behind it. -Placing decoys on enemy units in the line of sight of other units and buildings regularly kills the one you pegged. I find I like to do this on weak buildings and AA guns. -I notice you are having a lot of trouble with "grunt spam" tactics. If you encounter an enemy with lots of grunts on his preview screen (where you choose your opponent) and then you see the tents spawn nothing but grunts, you have to go in hard and heavy and try to focus fire buildings first. The grunts will constantly distract your units and you'll never hit the buildings. -Rally flags speed your units up, but when running (especially backwards) they die a lot faster. I'm pretty sure it's got something to do with "attention" or "battle readiness."If you want to get your troops into the battle faster (like reinforcing the current fight), then put the rally flag right on top of your units that are currently firing. They will keep their "attention" and the fresh spawns will run up to join them. It works a lot better that way. -I definitely suggest that you completely redo your army when trying to score vets. Make sure that unit has the best perks (stolen from your other troops) and fast track. I suggest fast track, fast reload, steady, health, or maybe fire rate. You should definitely make sure they have the best HAT too!!! I like to put a healing hat on the unit I'm trying to vet to avoid medics. -I find the best way to gain vets is to spawn lots of the unit you want and lots of riot shields. Unfortunately that usually means you need to take lots of gas/decoys and munitions. It is quite possible the kill counter has the multiplier next to it to show the XP gains during the battle. If you go up against a grunt spam, bomb the spam 2-3 times to get massive kill multiplier, and then try the vet strategy (and win) it might work very well for you. Hope you actually read all this mess and it helps :)

No need for a second line, if they can break through the better one what’s the point of a weaker one, just make a unstoppable choke point with bunkers holding them and a good placed mortar. Like so he can see.

The best defense is to fight them the entire way, this wastes munitions like crazy and is very time consuming for the enemy to fight through and the best thing to do (I think) is to have your mortars target the road as since the truck moves on it that will force it to stay back until the mortar is dealt with and if it doesn't stay back you'll get hits on the truck putting massive amounts of pressure on the enemy attacking your base

A tip that i use which make me Win a lot is to put accurate perk on on the granade unit. The granade unit is great at dealing damage to buildings and do splash damage it would save a lot of munitions on having an accurate granade unit!

Baron, try to use Riot Shields with Machine Gunners so the Riot shields will get to the front of all your troops and your troops will kill the enemies. use decoys and smoke too.

Yeah the bombardier is a powerful unit. If you unlock him, he will wreck house in a lot of battles. so pair him up with grenaders or Rocketeers to have an Independence day in war form. Also try a Independence day war in a battle where you can only use explosive units and flamers.

Baron you can put down your second line of defense/bunkers/sniper towers because if you click on your HQ, it shows you that you have only 340 build points in use.

I like that option to have a barracks and such for the vets especially when it is used to heal up the vets and give them a place to stay so they can recover, and one can stock up on them so when a assult can be done you can have them lead the way with a commited assult.

You should play terra tech! It is a slow moving game and it is kinda like guns up! You can buy it on steam. Here is a small overview u are a robot floating through the endless depths of space. Then u find this random planet and crash and you have to build your tech (your robot) and u can build more techs! (my strat is always mass tech swarm.)
