Je n'ai pu assister à ce concert Ca devait être magnifique. Pour info, les Musiciens du Louvre ont interprété ce soir-là des concerti grossi de Händel (c'est ce qu'indiquait l'affiche). Et ce concert-là a eu lieu à l'Oratoire du Louvre (coïncidence)...

that's a theorbo, an instrument in the lute family. it was an important member of the continuo section in baroque ensembles. lutes are like cousins of the oud !
