Here I'm performing two Baroque guitar works. The first one is a beautiful little Aria by Italian Baroque guitarist Francesco Asioli (1645-1676). The second work is La Esfachata de Napoles (The Girl from Naples) by Spanish Baroque guitarist Gaspar Sanz (ca 1650-1710)
Saers Guitar A90 Summary - The Saers Guitar A90 is packed with features usually found on much higher priced guitars. The solid woods, lattice bracing, raised fingerboard, 12 hole bridge, French polish top, high C, tuners, and responsiveness all contribute to an excellent value at this price. With a big sound, clean workmanship, and a high level of playability, this is going to be a popular instrument.

Beautiful performance! I like that you leave small mistakes in the video, like a short string buzz. It’s encouraging. Shows me that even the great players aren’t always perfect.

Nice! Great sound quality from the guitar. I like the lighting as it sets a warm a d intimate mood for this music

Ya, I was so reluctant to up my lighting game thinking maybe it is kind of distracting but you're right, it adds a lot of warmth.

beautiful. i would like to try a slope-away guitar in order to experience how easier it is to reach the highest of frets. i dont call it a raised fingerboard because i dont think it is actually raised. maybe im wrong.

These both sound wonderful, thank you. I’ve always read that lattice braced guitars sound loud but thin, but that isn’t what this guitar appears to sound like. Is that your feeling with this instrument?

It totally depends on the luthier and the design. I've heard big warm lattice guitars and thin bright ones too. This one is big and warm but has enough pop to add clarity. It is open sounding though so not super tight and focused sounding (which can be good or bad depending on what you're looking for).

Thank you. Big and warm sounds right up my alley. I really appreciate your content, I’ve purchased several PDF sheet music from you and definitely plan on more. Have a great day!

I hesitate between the Saers A90 and the AH80 (Hauser copy). What do you recommand. I Play classical repertoire from renaissance to modern. Great playing it is beautiful ! Dorian from Paris.

I haven't tried the AH80 but I imagine it would be more traditional sounding. So tighter balance and tone but just with less of the open quality I've mentioned. It really depends on what you're using it for. If you want a workhorse get the A90 but if you want it more for practice, recording, or personal enjoyment maybe the AH80. But this is so subjective though.
