I always find my next favourite coffee till we go to a new town. I’d source wherever you’re travelling and try “local” There are amazing small businesses grinding their own blends and it’s fun to support them and find… maybe the best one ever. Coffee... We love Merlo coffee from your old stomping ground. They send us coffee beans, but they probably do ground too. :) They deliver so fast too (from qld to adelaide!). :) We have family in qld, and get caught every time we go up there in summer and it's dark by 6pm! :)

Qlds just don't get how daylight savings works you need a line north to south from somewhere between rocky and Mackay Strait south. To the left of the line no daylight saving to the right of the line have it. The west of the state virtually has it already so of course they don't want it. But the south-east corner looses 4 hours every day of productivity...guys enjoy SA take jasper to the world's biggest rocking horse 🐎

Desmond here the tour will not be going to the Simpson gap I will be seeing the kings canyon not the field of lights as that is the option I will get more out of the kings canyon that's how they organise the tour still very excited about the tour
