I suffer from motion sickness and usually I can’t watch First-person videos for more than 10 sec. until I get dizzy. But your videos are so smooth, I can follow the whole video ❤ A wonderful walk it is.

That's wonderful. If you could do that, at night, with a huge spotlight, it would be the most amazing Halloween journey imaginable.

So nice and interesting. Sad to see the fallen tree. We have quite a few here(Tx), from severe drought. I always see you wave, I wave back.😊😅

You are amazing in just continuing to film your way through the fallen trees rather than fading away and rejoining us on the other side. Never once do we see the ground or a white flash of sudden sky as the camera slips or your arm snags on a branch. Phenomenal!!

Wasn't easy and I was very much improvising as I didn't expect the path to be blocked, but where I can, I will always keep filming.

I wouldn't have described it as a beautiful walk, more like an obstacle course with pouring rain and a shredded brolly to boot.... but each to his own! That hill was quite something. Rather as though giants had been remodelling the landscape at some point in the past.

A very nice walk in some dense forest. The little bit of rain was nice. The fallen branches are a pity and, probably, the consequence of extensive monoculture. Tell the Scotts to plant some other trees in between the pine trees!

Them fairy folks are brave souls, building their village out in the open. If I do recall, the fairy folk I met as a child in America, told me they live way out in the woods, and keep far away from the big folk. I guess the fairy folk in Scotland are more adventuresome and friendly than the fairy folk in America. 😊

@DavesWalks4 ай бұрын

Do you see much wildlife up in Scotland? Am from Northwest, When i visited as a child i remember seeing a big stag with massive antlers standing on a hill, some kinds of big birds of prey, i used to think wolves were there too!
@DavesWalks4 ай бұрын
Big Stags are a very rare sight indeed, You were very lucky! Fortunately no wolves for me to be worried about. Whilst I am sure there is much wildlife I was a bit unlucky and didn't see much. It's even harder to catch them on camera.

Such natural beauty during this walk. Your maneuvering of the expanse of blow downs was riveting, too. How did you navigate this walk? Did you have a map? GPS? Thank you for sharing your adventures!

I had a Maps on my phone to follow and I did a lot of planning before filming. The fallen trees was a surprise but nothing too troublesome though.
