A ton of fresh in the river Dave. Quite a number of the barra were gleaming silver with yellow fins and tails. Really good saltwater barra. They love those Raptors across the top of Aus. My bait tank doesn't need an aerator it continually sucks in water from the creek vire small holes in the bottom and the back of the tank. it's an ingenious system. As they say Dave for you and the missus lifes short fish hard. 🎣🐟😃🤙👍👌

They were great solid salt water Barra’s for sure and put up a fight great fun. I actually have a spray bar that feeds the creek water in as well which works really well the only time I put the air aerator on is when the tide runs out and the water off the flats get up too 38deg and just cooks the bait in the tank so switch that on around the 32deg mark just keeps them alive longer. Too true mate life can change quick so enjoy to the fullest while you can. Cheers Chris hope your getting out there too.
