The number of new EVs is astounding, especially since many do not stand a chance in today's tough competitive pricing environment. But they keep coming up, and I admire their entrepreneurial spirit. I not only admire them, I salute them. How many people would put their life savings to start an EV adventure in the West today? Not many, I suppose. And that is what makes the new China great!

I love frameless windows on the doors... It's very strange to me why they all do that? In the 80s many luxury cars do that, many of the 80s luxury cars have that, many of the Subarus from the 80s and 90s. But in the 2000s, many cars have done away with that... But why are many of these China EVs going back to having frameless door windows? They are nice looking to me.

iCar is a sub brand of Chery, tailored to young people's first car. Dongfeng Hero is pure electric SUV, the Hunter model is in production. Infinity is Nissan's luxury brand, looks like it's falling behind. The Changan Qiyuan E07 transforms from SUV to pickup with a push of a button. In my opinion, it's a great idea.

1.22.40 wrong, china has very little options in australia because australia is another racist 5 eyes county, it blocked a chinese car company call "great wall" years ago, despite great quality, thousands of dollars cheaper then major brands, but used lies like "well the bike rack can't REALLY hold bikes thus chinese cars are crap, typical chinese bad quality" eventually that brand had to close up and leave due to poor sales, just like its lies on huawei in australia/uk

Got 2 Tesla's, 3 and Y, which only I drive and they look so outdated in Shenzhen roads now. I'd swap the 3 for Xiaomi su7 max anyday, if it weren't for the long wait. I was at the xiaomi store in Beijing Wanfujing for their launch at end of March and was fascinated by the technology, design, speed, range and the only China brand that has a useable frunk, although still couldn't fit a 20inch suitcase, unlike in my model Y, but wait till Xiaomi come out with their suv with a frunk and 800+km range !!

The Cinese have around 30 years of experience with car production. The Germans have over 130 years. Consequential the Chinese cars on the show looks as it looks: Something on 4 weels. Mostly cheap looking parts, which doesn't looks harmonious.

Xiaomi EV is a car with poor safety standards and made of poor quality materials. In China, it has been many accidents that took place. Many new buyer regretted buying it without a second thought. Even buyers are selling the EV on the second day upon collection. Never buy this EV although it look like a cheap sport car. Only young buyers with 1st buyers with limited budget and wanted to show off..
