For camera, I go with manual setup and keep ISO low, and shutter speed at the highest possible but make sure do not overexpose, and always 4k 30fps. It depends a lot on environment that you are shooting - so you will have to play. Most of my footage in CINE, I rarely use NORMAL and almost never SPORT. In Advanced Gimbal Settings for CineSmooth mode - Pitch Speed 10/s, Pitch Smoothness 28, Yaw Rotation Speed 139/s, Yaw Smoothnes 28
