The 2023/24 football season continues for Oliver (and his Dad) with a trip to Holker Street to watch Barrow v Mansfield Town in the EFL League 2. We were sat with the Barrow fans in the Family Stand. Here's our Barrow v Mansfield Town VLOG
How unlucky were Barrow? They started brightly and created some early chances, knowing that a win would guarantee them a play-off place. However, Mansfield took the lead through George Maris and they kept the lead until half-time.
The second half saw an equaliser from Kian Spence, however, despite having some good chances they just could not get that crucial second goal. Results elsewhere went against Barrow AFC and they ended the season in 8th place, just 1 point outside of the play-off places!
Just under 5,700 in attendance for today’s game, Barrow's biggest attendance of the season!. Great support from both sets of fans...
