axeldemiseblade I encode my episodes. (MKV episodes) That way I can delete any background noise including the natural background music they add in the episode. After encoding, when I import the encoded video into sony vegas/Movie Studio I get 4 different audio tracks and I delete every track but the voice track. Encoding separates all of it to it's own track. You also really see how important that music is in an episode of a TV show. After it's deleted it's weird lol but perfect for video making. It makes the video seem more professional. I don't think it'd work for videos that aren't originally in MKV format. I'm quite a computer nut.

I download all my episodes from rapidmoviez.com usually the 720p or 1080p files (It's the highest quality and usually HD files are MKV files) it also tells you at the top of the page but it's best to download a day after the episodes air because the files left for 1-8 months get taken down for copyright infringement. You might not get anything off of there that isn't recent. Secondly, I use Avidemux 2.6 for my encoding I went into edit -> Preferences -> audio and set local playback downmixing to stereo. These are my encoding settings. Import the MKV file and for audio output put it as -> AAC (Faac) and then for Output Format put that as -> MP4 Muxer then go to file -> save -> rename it to whatever you want and wait until it's finished. Then import to sony vegas/movie studio or whatever you may use and delete the tracks you don't want.
