that's just inaccurate lol. the middle 3 things you described were just side effects of him being tapped into the negative speed force. the fourth one hasn't changed. the only thing that's different is his method of killing. the first one was bound to change eventually. it was outdated, and required some altering. also, the suit wasn't really unique, it was just the flash's leather suit with some details changed. not only that, but the 'that fits in a ring' part was pointless to include... most flash suits that we see are able to fit inside of the flash ring.

My guess is Thawne is still alive but now has become the negative speed force itself. Remember "We are not supposed to tip the scales". Barry did tip the scales by accidentally destroying the negative speed force ( or atleast the embodiment of it) when he stripped Thawne of his powers at the start of the season. This pissed off the other negative forces as it disrupted the balance so they decided to disrupt it in their favor. Now that Thawne is likely the negative speed force the balance is restored.
