The crazy thing, in my opinion, is that the sixth season is practically the only one where none of the primary villains die in any way. Even Godspeed is dead (albeit offscreen). Instead, both Mirror Monarch (redeemed) and Bloodwork (depowered and arrested) remained alive. They could at least make him die. It would have been perfect. Unless he didn't commit suicide off-camera. But it's too strange, to think.

Savitar told him to disciple him in public so flash come and he could kill him that's where Savitar and flash first encountered Savitar tricked flash into believing that after he would throw his stone into speedforce Savitar will be gone forever flash almost throwed 75% of stone in the speedforce and then caitlin reveals to them all that she had the stone and Savitar tricked wally into believing he is weak and can't throw the stone in speedforce so when wally throwed the full stone wally saw his worst moment again and again and Savitar was finally free from the speedforce and wally was trapped when Savitar escaped he made killer frost work with him because killer frost believes Barry and then flash makes a plan on how to defeat Savitar vibe then goes on to fight frost but frost froze his hands and then Savitar kills iris and gets his revenge and then Barry was broken after 4 years he made time remnants to kill Savitar but Savitar killed them all but one he tortured that one time remnant leaving him scared for life also scratched his face that time remnant returns at star labs but guess what OG Barry, cisco, Joe, wally they all shunned him because he was the only time remnant that survived he was broken so he travelled back in time he decided to take revenge from og Savitar and Barry and he become Savitar and kill the original Savitar but then he was trapped in the speedforce and saw his mother die again and again for over 10 years but that wasn't enough to lose his emotions and then blah blah he escapes after he tricks wally and then he tries to kill iris but he accidentally killed HR and he was then erased from the timeline loop was broken

Savitar is a time remnant version of Barry Allen that was made when post Iris West dying by Savitar(future). Barry in the future at some point made time remnants(3). Savitar killed 2 of them but one survived. Savitar got trapped in the speedforce. The remaining Time Remnant got shunned by Team Flash after said Flash defeated Savitar. Said TR(Time remnant Barry became bitter and jaded and decided to become a god. He created the the idea of a god of speed, he created that false myth. He became Savitar. TLDR: Savitar is a temporarl loop, its really really messy but.. at least they had the decency to make the show lengthy enough to flesh things out even if people disliked it.
