Barry was known as the "Maestro"! He was the singer, songwriter, arranger, producer and band leader/director of his "Love Unlimited Orchestra"! His lush musical arrangements were unmatched in the industry! "Loves Theme" was an instrumental composition of his that showcased the Orchestra. A must listen along with his many other hits! My personal favorites are "I've Got So Much To Give" and "I Found Love". Barry is responsible for many of the baby's born during the 70's & 80's! Straight up baby making music! 😉 💯

You need to check out: "Love Theme" by Barry White & his Love Unlimited Orchestra ( Best Instrumental of the 70's * It is one of the few instrumental and purely orchestral singles to reach #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the United States, which it did in early 1974. Billboard ranked it as the #3 song for 1974. Barry's lush instrumental orchestrations really set the stage for disco.

The music he did was reminiscent of 70’s disco and r & b ….. there was no dead air space ….. they used strings to slide from bar to bar …… which made the music very soothing…. It was like having a band with added strings …. Orchestrated complex music that only a real student of music could compose, score on music sheets and also conduct which is why Barry was also known as the mystro of Soul.

I love Barry White's music. In 1990 I delivered a pizza to his daughter, a total sweetheart! By coincidence that same evening, I saw her again at the grocery store with her friend, Barry White and his private security man. Barry White was about 6'6" with very broad shoulders. A sharp dressed man, a class act.
