Funny, that wasn’t the owner, that was Jim McCarthy. Good guy, he’s there 2 shifts a week. What wasn’t said was the house dressing ( not even close to ranch) is used mainly at the end and you dip your crust in it. Trust me, I’m there 65 hours a week. It’s a great, friendly, busy popular restaurant . You will see 30 employees working there 5 PM on a Friday night, that’s how busy it gets. Great staff and ownership! I love working there!

I don't know if you'll be able to eat it on a Keto diet or not, but if you can, try the Open Nature brand Mediterranean pizza with broccoli (really broccoli/cheese) crust. It's gluten free and tastes great considering it's not regular pizza dough and is frozen.
