There one of the best in the town, Been in the town for generations and this restaurant has been open for 97 years and is right down the street from my house, I was just about to head over for a sandwich 😂

Thanks to this review, my son and I visited on Dec 5. The people that run it are as pleasant and civil as Dave describes. The pizza is tasty and the goats and ducks are equally friendly.

When Prez said “I love fuckin’ doing this” at the very end, that was a great display of his good natured personality. He seems to genuinely enjoy just meeting people and listening to their stories. Especially if it’s an old pizza joint that’s been serving people for several decades. This was one of the best reviews he’s ever done. He really seemed happy and truly enjoying himself. ☮️

Yes that’s an elementary school across the street. Had snow cones ever day at lunch time 😆 I Knew Walt growing up as i lived in Lodi as a kid. I use to sit on bar stool with my mom and have a cherry seltzer water 😊 Great family haven’t seen them since 1997 ish when I went back to visit.

If you're in the states, order some Zuppardi's frozen pizza on line. It's not "frozen pizza" crap, but actual pizza from the restaurant that's flash frozen. Reheat in an oven (not a microwave) and you'll swear you're in New Haven. It's that good.

Great review! In the end, people way more important than pizza. Sometimes, like in real estate, it's "location location location." As lonb as the pizza is solid beyond a basic threshold, worth going to the "place" (incl. people) you like the best.

I’ve been going there for my entire life and I’ve never gotten a round pie. Not trying the Sicilian means Dave didn’t even really try Curioni’s. That Sicilian is THE BEST pizza on the planet. Bar none. It’s a 10/10. Also, yes, they are a very nice family. Last time I went there they asked me to say hello to my Grandma for them.
