Go to Miguel's at the Red River Gorge, eastern Kentucky Pizza is so much better than this central an western Kentucky pizza I have found since I moved from pikeville to Frankfort. Guy from Louisville here, I've eatten that pizza a few times and it's always disappointing. The cheese is always slightly undercooked, the "sauce" is tomato paste (and a metric shit ton of it) the crust is slightly burnt and paper thin in the middle. The meatball subs are nasty too. Giant (like a ladies fist) balls of flavorless hamburger with unevenly diced onions and no spices. Not good, I have no idea why it's rated eviewed so well.
