Are you betting the river in the second hand in this three bet pot if the front door club comes in on the river?

before seeing the cards, I immediately assumed he had a flush draw (though I thought he had higher clubs than he ended up having). the insta-call on flop and turn really felt like FD to me, I was actually surprised you thought it meant top pair

@@CrushlivePoker He seemed so proud to 1) be thinking he would be good with a Q and 2) to think announcing that was sensible. Wild, no wonder you're so keen to push for 3 streets of thin value when you can, any good game and surely you'd have to slow down with TPTK?

So happy for you Bart. I was kind of shocked that this was your largest win ever, but that goes to show just how lucrative it is to get a seat in this game.

On the last hand a fast call is indicative of a draw.. whereas Q thinks about whether to call if they’re ahead or behind. If Bart bets small to induce a bluff I like that option the best. Bet like 7-12k and tal jams and you get it all.

The snap call on the turn sceamed flush draw to me. I primarily play online and that seems to be a very common trend, probably becuase they already have $ ranges in mind for call/fold.

Very curious about your comment that you might consider folding to a turn check-raise for the second hand. It reminded me of @marcgoone easily folding AA to a turn check raise on a relatively disconnected board in a training video from some time back. Given the propensity for that move to be value heavy, would you consider it a good strategy to incorporate some turn check raise bluffs on relatively disconnected, maybe with mid-bottom pair plus backdoor flushdraws that brick out on the turn? I'm thinking about doing this against solid players who recognize underbluffed spots.

I don't understand why it matters so much that the turned T (6:50) is an overcard to the 8. It's not like you would ever V-Bet with something like ATcc - are you? Is that really a scarecard?

I had a session yesterday where I was down early in the session. Its one of my biggest leaks. Unlucky early on and then I play looser (even though my stack is smaller and I should be tightening up). Loose passive table with weak players I lose KhKd on 4 club runout, AQss lose to AA, turn sets twice and lose to flushes... what should I do? I end up punting (ex. limp jamming 22 up front for my last 30 BBs). Any advice on how to fix this leak Bart?

Sorry, but there is no pro magic trick that prevents you from tilting. You have to act like a grown man and control your emotions period. Something that should be relatively easy is that you don't think about losing or winning money/pots or being in the green etc. Instead you think about things how you can get an edge, your decisions, paying attention to details, being sociable with losing players. When you know you played well, it won't be too hard to stomach the inevitable losses. Focusing on results, it's near impossible to play winning poker and it's also terribly annoying. If you can't change this you honestly shouldn't play.

Amazing that Bart can take a simple strategy that Beats 1/3-2/5 and crush this game. Raise or reraise a premium hand, get called too wide by a rec player and bet bet bet.

I still think it's INSANE the guy/Nick who literally owns and runs the show, then also can play/profit from it, esp given the questionable setup/integrity of this casino. I don't think he does cheat, but why even put yourself in that position then, play at another game that you don't run?

You are saying if the ante is 100 and you raise to 300 meaning if he calls his 295, he can win a pot of at least 700. Saying he needs at least 42% of outs to your hand to make this call interesting based upon first action only. That means at lowest hes allowed to call with a 7-6 suited kind of hand.

One thing I noticed between the two hands, hand 1 - you seemed more relaxed, no hands infront of the face. Hand 2- you had your hand over your face the for a good duration throughout the hand. How many more times can I say hand... LOL Good wins!

I haven't watched this site since the Garrett hand. I watch mostly to watch Garrett, and Mikki . My question is will and when will Garrett return ? This hand as hard as it is to watch and believe that anyone in the world would call this bet . Could be life changing for Garrett. He may have believed that he was cheated could have psychologically destroyed Garrett. He's Great for the game and I do believe that he'll never be the same player again. I'm guessing that there hasn't been a way to prove that cheating has occurred therefore make a ruling and let's move on. I'm hoping that Garrett can return but for his sake just go on and enjoy your life finding something else to Entertain yourself . God Bless stay healthy and find peace in your mind. You will definitely be missed and you'll always be loved by your fans.

Ok poker gurus, what's your play? 2/5 my local (only) casino. 2 limpers Inc villain in cutoff. I raise to $25 on button with AhJh. Blinds fold as does first limper. Cutoff calls. Flop is Js Th 7h He donks $50, practically pot. I call. Turn is perfect brick, 2c. He bets $50 again. In my mind I have him crushed as his repeat bet screams 1 pair imo. I raise him to $140 and he snap calls. River is also perfect, 4 of spades so JT724. He leads again now for $145. Forgot to say effective stacks but basically he left ~$100 behind and I had similar.... Call, raise or fold?
