For context... the reason he threw the flag was because the refs cheated them out of the game. They were desperate to keep the Patriots perfect season alive so they called like 2 awful pass interference calls on 4th down to give the Pats another chance.

Never would've happened if Rex Ryan didn't ask for a time out. They had Brady sacked on 4th down that should've ended the game.

Granted, I am a New England Patriots fan. If that was one of New England's players doing that, I would be very ticked off. You cannot abuse the officials and you must acknowledge the official's decisions, even if they make bad ones. I remember watching this moment on TV and I just laughed my ass off silly when Bart Scott flung the flag into the stands. The penalties assessed against him were legit and I am sure the coaching staff of Baltimore had choice words to say to Bart after the game.
