im just an aspiring bartender and at first i loved to but now im just pressured because of the teacher in my bartending school by telling me its a stressful and competitive environment thats why i have to learn alot of things and its not like i dont want to learn those things like recipes and proper working things but the only thing that is making it hard for me is the flairing, i can do the very basics and i drop it a couple of times and i dont think i can do that in the real workplace so my question is do you often flair in work?

and also i have to take my overall exam next week and it consists of written and performance that consists of table service mixology and flairing and i dont know if i can do it, btw its a 1 month course 3 days a week for 4 weeks next week is my final week.

Have a general "hard to remember, or super difficult cocktails" saved on your phone/ printed out close by, unless youre supposed to be a professional, ppl rarely mind if you quickly fact check :) seeing as your comment was 3weeks ago, i hope you passed everything and are happily relaxing now :)!@@spacegamer2681
