I rather missed the silent format. But videos are definitely more informative with commentary. I love how the bar is set up and that you have many nice ingredients. I would love to know if you (bartenders) handle keeping the bar stocked with everything every day or if you have a barback or some other staff preparing fruit wheels and everything else?

Here at our country Mid-Europe the bartenders have an “assistant” called barbacks. They set up the working environment of the bartender, restock the ice/alcoholics and clean up the table.
