1. 0:09 ALLA SPAGNOLA. Allegretto, dotted quarter = 88 bpm; Trio starts at quarter = 74 and increases to 88. Poco piu mosso, dotted quarter = 112. 2. 6:15 ORIENTALE. Allegro con brio, dotted quarter = 166 (ed/162) 3. 9:41 INTERLUDIUM IN MODO ANTICO. Andante, quarter = 50 4. 14:15 VALSE. Allegretto, everything is around bar = 68 except the piu mosso 84and giocoso sections, which are around 84-88. 5. 19:52 ALL' UNGHERESE. Allegretto, quarter = 108. Poco meno mosso Maestoso was around 92 (edition marked 80), Vivo half = 92 -- so Vivo represents double-time of the Maestoso, Andantino quarter = 60.

Where did you get this recording? The only source I can find is www.prestomusic.com/classical/products/8429592--glinka-glazunov-chamber-music but it only has 4 of 5 Novelettes (srsly!). It's clearly the same recording with the crackly microphones, but the Shostakovich Quartet's musicality, grace, and erudition practically transcends any of that.
