Beyond the amazing technical feats, musicality and dramatic chops, Baryshnikov really reaches the hearts and emotions of the audience. I don’t think there’s anyone near his qualities today.

Baryshnikov truly had the most perfect sense of balance of anyone who ever lived. He always knew exactly where he was in space and landed with complete poise. Every. Single. Time.
