For 31 years since birth was a non vegetarian- All thanx to my parents who were and are so insensitive.. Everybody were and are against me for leaving non-veg..Couple of months back I came across PeepalFarm channel n since than m veganish(only milk tea- that to reduced a lot) Yes i do feel kinda weak since i've left non-veg n milk too but m satisfied m not a murderer..I rather die than killing a innocent being.. I am an athlete, a kick boxer and I also do shotput throwing (7.6kg), I don't eat non veg and I am stronger than most of the people around me who eat non veg. Definitely you will get protein or nutrients more easily from non veg, but you can get that from veg food also.

You can consult any dietician for that. Because if you are quitting non veg you should have a proper diet which would make up those nutritional shortcomings. And you can also try Almond milk/ soy milk/ oats milk for milk tea (homemade don't buy from market those are full of preservatives & Other chemicals). It's very easy to make. Even I have quit non-veg 4 months ago. But I can't become vegan because I am an Indian Army Aspirant and unfortunately till date there is no option for Vegan in Armed forces. There are only 2 options veg & non-veg

Bachpan se khata tha. 2015-16 me meat chora tha aur 2023 feb me vegetarian baan gaya. Ab bohot hi jaldi vegan banunga. Is sab me apke channels ka bohot bada credit dena chahunga. Ap bohot accha kam kar reh ho. Meri sukh kamna rehega.
