Hi ma'am, this massappu bassaru, hurlikalu saaru, all r my favourite since from my childhood....when I used to visit my kannadiga friends, I love to eat these type of foods. Specially Mudde. Ingredients: Palya: Avarkalu 1/4 kg+ 1 bunch dill leaves 2 tsp oil 1 bulb garlic 2-3 dried red chilli 1 onion 1/2 cup coconut Saarige: Oil 2 tbsp 2 onion 5-6 dried red chilli 1 garlic bulb 2 tsp jeera 1 tsp peppercorns Small ball tamarind 1 tomato 2 tbsp coconut 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1 tbsp sambhar powder 3-4 tbsp of Palya Salt as required Tempering Oil + Curry leaves
