Base Stone Experiment, What is the best base under artificial grass

Limestone drains better, but doesnt compact as well. How solid does the final turf install feel with limestone? do you see much displacement with each step? thx

Hi.. Because the stone is angular it locks together well under compact and we have never experienced any displacement under foot.

It's about filtration, grano is best for slow filtration,.water is slowly filtered through grano, to mot1 under neath, it thin slowly release to soil. There saying now that you don't need sand on top of latest grass, you do. This also helps with slow filtration. If water goes through that fast it will back up to surface , slow filtration is best, as he said 10 minutes later and water had gone through grano dust, . Mot 1 and Grano dust filters water better creating a Kind of French drain system. 🤷‍♂️
