As a psychometric scout I can tell you with 8 minute online assessment if the player can compete at the college or pro level. I score him on mindset, make up, and instincts.

Do u have to play club baseball to get scholarships or can u just play highschool ball and get scholarships

Its not impossible to be seen while just playing high school ball but the chances are lower. It is better to play club ball because most club teams go to like big tournaments with scouts, and have better training in general.
