Like you channel. Just subscribed. Juan Pierre was really good at what he did. Fun to watch. Any team back then would've been lucky to have him as their leadoff hitter. Got on base, stole bases, ran the bases well. Had good defense, just didn't hit HR's. Big deal. Still had a great career.

I think Juan Pierre would have been more widely appreciated if Ichiro hadn’t been doing a similar thing while being a better defender during the same era. Awesome video! :)

Feel like adjusting the salaries here for time value may benefit the analysis. Or perhaps some other way to adjust the salaries? A HR adjust could be made to adjust for different eras. The salary trend probably does not track with the home run trend. I’m a big fan, Dennis
