The matchup between Jack Morris & John Smoltz may have been the best WS matchup ever. 2 Hall of Famers with Morris pitching for his hometown team. Todays starting pitchers are done usually after 5 innings.

Yeah, today's starting pitchers are wimps compared to the good ole days:)

I got most of them, but only a couple of the "experts only" questions. And I'm no expert. Need to go try some more of these, it's a good mix. Thanks!

Great questions. I consider myself a pretty knowledgeable baseball guy, but I still missed half of your questions! So nice work. What is the answer to #2? My guess would be Gaylord Perry and Don Sutton, but those are just guesses. I love questions like that. And I am certain there will be more Manly Moments videos in the future that feature baseball - the best sport ever invented. May God bless you today!

@@manlymoments8544 Hi there. Robin Yount and Ferguson Jenkins made "only:" three all star games which is the fewest for hall of famers. Here is a good one...."Who is the only pitcher with 3000 career strikeouts and fewer than 1000 walks?"

@@manlymoments8544Also, Pittsburgh is misspelled in one of the answer sets. Pittsburgh has got to be one of the 3 most misspelled names in Pennsylvania along with Huntingdon and Huntingdon Valley. By the way, those last two are nowhere near each other. The people in the one with Valley in its name are likely to be Phillies fans, while the ones in the other one are likely to be Pirates fans.

@@rslitman I learned something today. Oh man, didn't do Pittsburgh or Mazeroski justice with this quiz. Sorry Pirate fans. Great catch. - thanks for the tip.
