Ok, here goes... For starters, the comments about her pitching high. Notice, she is pitching a baseball. Which is SUBSTANTIALLY smaller than a softball. It would take a while for her to get used to the size difference, so her accuracy if going to be off. Common sense people. Next, the distance from the plate. Softball mounds are at a shorter distance from home plate than a baseball mound. He is a "college baseball player" so it would be less of a challenge for him with her throwing from the distance of a baseball mound, as her pitch would loose velocity, and he is used to "college" level pitching speeds. Has something to do with body structure, but I won't get into that. But what I will get into, is the simple and OBVIOUS fact, that the guy batting is obviously NOT a college baseball player. Did they think no actually baseball players were gonna watch this video?? His swing was horrible. There is no way in hell, he made it to college level baseball, with a swing like that. Seriously. I seriously doubt he even played highschool ball. He probably played Peewee baseball, I'll give him that. But to say he is a "college baseball player" is straight lies! Blasphemy. As someone who has played a LOT of baseball throughout my life, I am actually offended even by their claims. Again, did they believe there would be not a single real baseball player who would see this video?? Or maybe they didn't realize it would be so noticable? In my conclusion, the fact that she is high in the strike zone can be justified. The fact that she is not pitching from the distance of a baseball mound is understandable. But to say that That guy is a college baseball player, is absurd! So being said, this video is trash, and I'm gonna give it a thumbs down! I digress.

@@khaleigrace594 way lighter bats allow for better bat speeds requiring a lot less time needed to react to the ball and that’s not to mention the barrel of a softball bat is also larger, which combined with the larger ball makes it much easier to make contact. I mean at the end of the day saying that hitting is easier in softball doesn’t make it an easier sport because that would just make pitching harder. It’s a pointless debate because offense or defense are harder in either sport because that would make the contrary harder. I think the general consensus is that baseball is overall harder. Which I think is probably true when you consider that It requires more athleticism due to larger fields and higher ball velocities. At the end of the day my opinion or me writing this reply doesn’t matter because the only man who ever said a true statement was Socrates because he said that he knows more than anyone in that he knows he knows nothing. In fact I’m only writing this comment to humor myself because personally I find online debates pointless, and if you have read this much congratulations I wasted your time, or maybe I didn’t because you might’ve listened to the Socrates idea that all I know is that I know nothing therefore you would stop caring about an online argument about a game. What I learned is that the less you care about topics that appeal to mans tribalistic natures the less you care about what people think. The only way to do that is obviously to admit you know nothing and that whether softball or baseball is harder doesn’t really matter in any grand scheme and therefore no time or emotional stress should be wasted trying to debate with a stranger online. She was making him chase the pitches by throwing high pitches. It’s actually really common and a really good technique to get you to swing even if you know it’s not a strike. It’s not having an advantage because literally anyone can do it, it’s just knowing how to get people to swing. She’s a really good pitcher honestly
