The "funny" thing is that Netflix rates smoking as mature content, but most movies and tv shows are highly sexualized and drug use is rampant, especially in teen movies. The sad thing is that the left will take this as an invitation to eliminate ratings.

I'm getting tired of these "Someone wrecks school board" videos. Nothing was "wrecked" unless something was fundamentally changed! We just keep on "wrecking" them and they keep or messing up our kids lives.

Homeschool or MICROschool your kids, which is cheaper than putting them in private schools. You get other parents together and hire a teacher, rent a office space, or ask your church to use their Ed bldgs. They're are plenty of teachers out there who retired EARLY or left public schools because of the WOKE agendas.

Yep. We just started one in our community. The proctor is a retired published PhD who quit teaching at University because of the woke garbage. Most of the learning is online but there are volunteers consisting of parents and community members who offer tutoring sessions for students who need additional assistance. We have volunteer tutors from every level of education... high school GED to multiple PhDs... sharing their life and work experience while teaching children what they need to know. One of our tutors is an Amish school teacher! Fact is, you don't need a Masters in Education to teach a kid up through high school. Most parents can teach it... and the ones that can't teach the high school science and math courses usually end up following the lessons along with their kid and learn together.

Yes, hiring former teachers, especially ones who have been fired or persecuted for their conservative beliefs, will benefit everyone.

@@theGovernmentHatesYou Well I wouldn't call that bullying. Back then it was the United States of play stupid games and win stupid prizes. It still is in some places in the United States but back when I was in high school even the most of the teachers would be laughing their heads off this woke nonsense. lol That reminds me of a story and this is totally true. One day one of my friends was really getting to one of the teachers and she was getting pissed at him so she told him "If you say one more word you are getting detention!" So the next thing he says is "He teacher you want a cookie?" So the teacher said "THAT'S IT YOU ARE GETTING DETENTION!" And she gave him a detention slip and sent him to the office. Everyone was laughing their heads off including me. I laughed so hard I fell out of my seat.

I’ve seen dozens and dozens and dozens of videos like this. Irate parents and grandparents’WRECKING’ a woke school board. They don’t appear wrecked to me!! And what’s the result of these wrecking statements? Are the porn and sex books removed from the libraries? Is CRT still being taught? I never hear about the follow up. What happens with these school boards and what are their actions (if any), with these issues?

I'm exactly halfway through the video. And in my opinion I do not have Cheadle drink. There's no child around me but I have way through his speech. Or is the stand up comments outstanding? First comments. I just need his phone number because he's going to be my new best friend. I know how good it's going to be. I haven't finished watching it but I'm guarantee it this guy needs or I need this friend for sure😊

Generally speaking, thos is why I like Nintendo more. Sure, they are complete jerks in terms of copyright... but I like the general family environment. Super Mario is, generally, a simple game for the entire family to enjoy. Are there some darker games? Absolutely! But they, for the most part, keep the ratings accurate. We need change... desperately.

Unfortunately she died before she could be brought to trial for cheating an entire generation of Atlanta students. You'd think parents would have been in the streets. Nope. I remember somthing like this happening back when the first Jurassic Park (still one best films ever) was released here in the UK and cinema didn't let me and was there with my mum as she asked for child ticket saying i assume X age is still a child.. oh no no no cant let him in to young. From this i heard "informed decision" and "guidelines" both which to me indicate some flexibility either way just as he then goes on to point out about "generally". PG is parental guidence, its a guide for parents not a must rule. Heck in mid 30s and a fan of horror, sci-fi & fantasy id still hold the kids film watership down as one the most disturbing films ever 😅 This makes me think of best before dates and how some people act like at 23:59 foods perfect and then at stroke of midnight it turns to a mouldy massed mess 😂 its the same kind of thing here a minuite to midnight of childs birthday the are to sensitive and immature to handle it and then 1 minuite later its their birthday and are now are X age are suddenly well informed mature and able to handle it. The is definitely some parents who just dont care let watch thing that shouldn't but most can look and understand and assess their kids mental ability and suitability to many things and thats not just movies but riding bikes for first time, being allowed go somehwere with friends and no adult, left incahrge of younger (or even older) siblings and many activities that dont have guidence ratings.

born in 75 and this was not an issue, we were raised to understand acceptable and not acceptable behavior. we were watching scary, violent and sexual m,ovies before we were even walking and understood what we seen was not acceptable in society.

One book that was in our school was, "The Hate You Give". My granddaughter talked about it being in her school. I looked it up and saw the language in it. I called her school and they immediately removed it. I went to our local school in the district I live and found the same book was their because it was recommended by the state. (Indiana). The librarian hadn't read it (she had 250 books recommended). The principal did remove it from the library. Parents, you have to get involved!

He presented a logical point... that we have ratings for movies, music and video games to help parents decide what they will and will not expose their children to depending on their age and development... yet schools are not taking similar precautions when exposing these same children to books with adult themes. Why is that?

I've seen way too many of these school board videos. Pick any county, any board... they are all the same no matter where you go. The Parents get up and read adult appropriate books that are in the school library and some Karen with a Napoleon complex gets irate and tries to shut them up. The attendees applaud the parent and all the while the board shows no emotion and sits stone-faced and unfazed at what the parent and public is saying. They get in and in an instant they are not answering to you or any other parents. It's not on their agenda but the destruction of your child's well-being is. That's the goal. You are just standing in their way.
