Since it uses USB Display Link technology, did you notice any input lag on mouse tracking?

When I connect two monitors via HDMI or two monitors via HDMI+DP, the macbook does not see the second monitor. It shows the same thing on both monitors.

That's a really nice docking station. I bought a docking station from BlitzWolf two years ago. It doesn't work well most of the time, requiring me to disconnect and reconnect it to fix the video output or the power delivery. Now I'm thinking about replacing it by this one from Baseus. Great review, man.

How do the on off button work? If I have the laptop closed, can I start it with the button when I use external keyboard, mouse and monitor?

Hello, the on/off button is only for power supply to the dock. It switch on and off the dock which means no option to swith on your computer from the button.
