with this gamepad you can connect and pair in windows 10 using bluetooth in 2 modes, home button + Y as Nintendo pro controller, which it seems that only steam is compatible with atm, and Home + X as generic Bluetooth controller (that works with android phones also) which you can play certain games or use x360ce as a wrapper to recognize it as xbox controller and play games outside steam.

For about $30 I paid for it, it's really good. I use it with RetroPie and absolutely love it. Not sure if I'd recommend it for some serious gaming (probably not), but for noobs like me it's great. It also has motion sensor and rumbles! Great stuff for the pricetag.

It can connect with Android but only using otg cable, it will be detected as Xbox controller

You can connect the USB Chip for the controller to your PC. Same as what you do with a wireless bluetooth mouse. Once it is done registering in your PC, you can go ahead and use it
