"I am very scared, woo woo woo..." makes me laugh every time. Bashar works better for those willing to let go of their image of what a spiritual being must be like, sound like , dress like 😁 I found his voice overwhelming the first time but quickly realised that it's OK

... which is a belief. I suggest you consider the idea that it's the other way round. What you're saying is basically that the image in the mirror is the origin of the person in front of it.

Beliefs are based on experience. You can’t just choose them. If that was true, you could believe there was a pink elephant outside your window right now. You cannot

@@benjaminchew8442 indeed. The way you create new beliefs is throwing yourself into new experiences basically. Then hopefully you get enough momentum to start leaning in a better direction
