Well if you learn the skill, you can validate the information. Astral projection, lucid dreaming or channeling is real and if you perform it you feel like it’s much less magical and more like simple truth now. It takes about a year of daily practice and maybe sleep deprived states such as waking self up. It’s hard. But it’s real and spiritually changing. Good luck!
