Reason for the Jan 1, 1981 is a complete coincidence where the metadata of the mp3s was set to the lowest value it could possibly be VibingLeaf likely exported the mp3's with a program that automatically set the dates to the lowest value (for example, 0000000) That, or the dates were corrupted

@wyattlkz No, the game was made in Gdevelop, which was not released in the 1980s. Gdevelop was released in 2008. Baldi's Basics began concept development in 2015. Baldi's Basics began coding development and was released in 2018. Basic'9 was released in 2024. Also, the first website was made in 1991. Also, when I extract Android APKs (for example, Geometry Dash SubZero) the dates for all the files are January 1, 1981. Gdevelop is an app for Windows and Android, which explains the January 1 1981 dates for each file.

no, these were extracted from the apk version of basic'9, and extracted assets from apks either don't have a set date or they have the date of jan 1 1981.

Note: For some reason, the images and mp3 files all have the date "Jan 1 1981". Not sure if this was the result of me extracting or its something else.

The Reason is because this game came of a dark, shady website so vibing leaf re-uploaded it but he made it safe to play, so it’s likely that Basic’9 was created somewhere near 1981, or was created on 1981

The case of why all of the images and mp3 files in the .zip file are with the date “Jan 1, 1981”, mystman’s parents probably made all of these mp3 files in 1981, on msdos, now the audio files got corrupted, that was when mystman didn’t exist, so a random guy or mystman posted it on internet archive or google drive, or on the shady website, and the audio files were corrupted much, for 43 years they have been sitting there on the msdos and finally found by the creator of this video or a ranfom guy who posted it on internet archive, google drive, or the shady website, as i repeated that, so the mystery behind this sound, i am trying to figure it out, these are thoughts of maybe that’s true what i am telling, and the most corrupted files were probably, ambience.mp3, ambiencea.mp3, ambienceaa.mp3, ambienceaaa.mp3, ambienceaae.mp3, ambienceaaaa.mp3, and the other ambience sounds for basic’9. Mystman probably found the msdos pc and found the files. So this was an explanation for everybody to know.

*intro’:* Feels off but normal for the most part. *Mus_intro’:* Feels normal but a bit of tune. *school:* Feels normal but a bit unfinished. *schoola:* the litteral definition of “Don’t fix what ain’t broken.” *ambiencea:* 3/31/1998 My friend and I were going to study for our big test tomorrow. We couldn’t get to study because we left all of our notebooks at school. I promised that I would go retrieve our notebooks back so we wouldn’t fail and have to go to summer school. *ambienceaa:* I thought that the school would be empty by now, but there was a teacher standing at the front like he was waiting for me. I assumed that he was one of the substitute teachers because I had never seen him in one of my classes before. For some odd reason, he was staring at completely nothing, like he noticed something behind me. I looked where he looked but saw nothing. I didn’t have time to question things, so I just walked past him to collect our notebooks. *ambienceaaa:* As I looked inside of the first notebook I got, someone already wrote in it, and I know for a fact that it wasn’t me or my friend. Most of the worlds were misspelled, there were no clear sentences, and it seems like the person who wrote in it was named ###c#. I went out of the classroom, but all of the lights were turned off. The teacher wasn’t there either. I got scared for a moment but then calmed myself down. I went to go get my next notebook, but i felt like something was watching me, like the teacher was somewhere in the schoolhouse still. *ambienceaaae:* It seemed like the teacher wrote in all of the notebooks because the next one have more writing on it from ###a#. “Did the teacher just misspell their own name? And why are they writing like this?” I asked to myself. It didn’t matter to me at the time so i went on to get my next notebook. *ambienceaaaee:* It felt like the school was getting bigger and bigger and darker and dark at the same time. I took a break and drank some water. I read the notebook and this time, it was from ###n#. I went on through the school to get my next notebook. *ambienceaaaa:* The feeling of something or someone watching me arose when i went deeper into the school. It felt like there were other entities watching me. Not just the teacher I mentioned before. I read the notebook and this time it was from ###t#. I shakes off the feeling as best as I could and went to get the next notebook. *ambienceaaaaa:* I got the next notebook as normal, but it was different. It kept saying how I was loved by many, which really helped calm me down in my times of need at the moment. I helped dust out the hallways with the janitors broom as I went to get the next notebook. As I went to read the last notebook, it just said “Come meet me - from ###wi” After I blinked my eyes, everything was normal again. The feeling went away, the hallways were lighted up, and the school didn’t feel like a mess to go through this time. I found the teacher in his office and asked if he could walk me back to the front. I told him why I was here and he agreed to take me to the front of the school and leave. I said goodbye to him and brought back our notebooks to my friends house to start studying again. *Finish:* what a relaxing song to end off this weird and wacky mod.” *WELCOME TO PURPLE LAND:* Greet Nice to meat you people I got to sya, that student had very good puzzlesolving skils to get through the schoolhouse at night Now they’re can use it on the real world on real things with real people.
