I'm a Sun Square Pluto and this was spot on. I dealt with a lot of phobias growing up. I also was afraid to look at my dark side. I'm pretty comfortable with it now that I'm about to turn 46. I also am able to create characters whose dark side I'm pretty comfy with. My mom had Sun Conjunct Pluto in her chart. She didn't have close friends and neither do I lol.

what do you mean "dark side?" I have sun trine pluto but I haven't seen a dark side or anything of that nature.

With the trine nature, you would probably only see the positive aspects, since Trines are a perfect blend/balancing of the Sun and Pluto energy. (I'm a beginner...I don't mind being corrected if I'm wrong). Steve spoke about it in the video. Everyone has a shadow side/personality. Pluto is about transformed, power, subconscious forces, issues beneath the surface. It's about our hidden nature and fears. Some people bury their deeper emotions (anxiety, low-self esteem, jealousy, fear, anger, hatred) you name it. Others are afraid to look at their subconscious motives about why they take certain actions. Since I have the Square aspect, it's more challenging. For example, when I was younger I had an idealized view of the world. I believed people should strive to be "good." This was when I was a young child. I also believed I needed to live up to an ideal image of perfection. I guess Pluto wasn't going to let me do this. I lost my mother at a young age which sent me into a depression. I also dealt with a severe anxiety disorder and ended up agoraphobic for years. I also dealt with a lot of chronic health issues. I also had issues with authority figures (my father and stepmom) and on the job as well. I will probably always have problems with authority figures. People either like me or hate me instantly. Pure intuition. I've had this happen numerous times. I tend to have a sharp tongue (in writing), so people will take offense about what I've said, even though it may be true. Honesty isn't always what people want..so they don't know how to deal with a person that's being straightforward. I'm not mentioning my challenges to make you feel sorry for me or anything. I've gotten past many of them, and am no longer housebound and have "transformed" into a different person. I probably will undergo more transformations in my life. And that's the strangest part, when I think I'm at a stable point -- everything changes. It tests me and forces me to grow. Since I've begun reading my own charts, I know now that these challenges were Pluto-related. I was forced me to search for answers. I was forced to accept myself, my fears and imperfections. I used to be hard on myself because I wasn't perfect. I now know that's okay, and can laugh at myself. I was super serious before. My challenges also forced me to examine my own insecurities, fears, jealousies, and motivations. This is helpful since I am a writer and need to understand what inspires certain characters. I've also had to accept that not everyone will like me, and that's okay too. I've gone through a healing process -- spiritual and religious. I had to change everything...my diet, my beliefs, everything. I'm not healed, yet. It's a journey. But I'm thankful I underwent it.

When you are AWARE OF DANGER ⛔️ you don’t consciously RUN INTO IT! We rather avoid such dark side of life. You effortlessly move with it because of the innate harmony no matter how much danger it is your urges to face it is far more superior than the actual dangers/darkness that lurk behind.

I'm Sun conjunct Pluto in the 1st house of Virgo. Told the last guy not to lie to me because I always find out them. Sure enough, things weren't adding up. I did a background check and spent 2 weeks finding out all kinds of things. He lied about odd things too, but I found them out. I just couldn't give it up until I was satisfied. I always wanted to be a detective, or a mystery writer. I'm inquisitive and asks countless questions.

Once again, you have nailed it. My Sun (4th house Gem) sq my Pluto (7th house Virgo) within 2 degrees has been a very troublesome aspect, esp. with my father's Sun sitting on my Pluto! (Say it with me...OH. EM. GEE!) If you are feeling very sorry for any chap trying to be in an intimate relationship with me at any point in my life you are correctly perceiving their trauma. I am sure more than one will be in therapy for many years to come. :-/ Adding to the mix: the second square to Pluto from my Jupiter (10th house very late Scorpio), which, naturally is also opposing my Sun forming a really challenging T-sq. Another thing you are 1000% spot on about - everyone who has deceived me and used me in any major way was cut loose with a single, unemotional, extremely final swing of the Swift Blade of Unrelenting Justice. It was never out of anger, just....we are now done. I never gave a reason or ever had another moment of communication with them. And I have never held a moment of remorse. However, I may go back to a couple of people now that I have had my second Saturn return at the beginning of this year and have realized that I do not wish to have to re-visit these abrupt endings toward the end of this incarnation when the time for a different resolution may have passed. I prefer to die with as few regrets for harm I have caused as possible. I suppose this is the psychological maturity that is the blessing of having to had live with, and attempted to understand, this aspect across these many years. Brilliant video, Steve. Yeah, I think it's worthy to "callenge" them to know how did they face darkness and overcome it. If they did, they are the best explaining how Dark side works and how to discern. Every good light worker will explain about the Dark Shadow Night and how you will be constantly facing the dark to keep achieving light. In all there is a balance. And it's all about overcome challenges. Those "light workers" are probably canalizing False Light which means Shadow, but are completely genuin and naïve.

There's only a few people I trust when it comes to aspects in astrology, needless to say you're one of them. Thank you for your insights, ESPECIALLY the bit about darkness not being equal to what is 'negative' or 'evil'. Here in the west, our language and symbology has a very funny way of painting it as such. Even down to people's negative experiences, or the tumultuous or ignorant periods in history casually being referred to as 'dark'. Darkness is simply the precursor to light, where all the potentiality of what can and will be lies dormant.The majority of our universe is dark matter after all. Hi. Thank you very much for this great video. I have been lost with my self for a long time. I am Taurus Sun (born in the first day of Taurus) and Scorpio rising. I have Pluto in my 12th house and it also opposite my Sun which is in the 6th house. My Scorpio ascendant also conjunts my Moon in Taurus. My Pluto also sextiles Neptune which is in the 2th house in Capricorn. Can some one tell me, if these positions are so called "heavy" to live with? I have really strong feelings, for example when I go to new places, about energies in there. I am more focuced on past somehow. I am really sensitive to spot what others think about stuff. I am also very harsh towards myself and see things in a different way from most people around me.
