It's harder with the blue arrow than it is with purple arrow :3 congrats on that. Also I could have called it The Breeding System but it's not all of it lol just the basics, even thought after a week I realized I missed a few basic things. /sigh!!!

can you share some tips how to earn carrots like you?

It's very easy. Just breed for the new coat and you'll get million of carrots in 1-2 weeks (but they need Long mane and tail and ofc +9)

Put black/whites with a stat chosen over 90 up for 40k carrots up, wait the entire period before u unregister and when u do put the same horse up for 20k and then again for 10k, should make about 200k with one horse in 3 days :’) could be more too if it has a nice tail and mane! Goodluck

On my alt did this, bc I got a starter anyways, BUT, all the horses I got were coats that u don't intentionally breed for 😂

Np xD Did you mean Grade 4? If so all you have to do is race to level up your horse and then spend the "Remaining Points" on any of the stats it has. Which will be under Horse Profile :3
